Billing Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement & Acceptance

By placing an order on BuyersCave, you agree to these Billing Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). We may update them at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Prices & Charges

All product prices are displayed in your local checkout currency. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional charges such as shipping fees, customs duties, or VAT may apply depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

3. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. Payment is collected at checkout. For subscriptions, your payment method may be securely stored and billed automatically according to your plan schedule.

4. Billing & Invoices

Invoices are sent to your email immediately after payment. You can also access past billing history from your BuyersCave account dashboard. For billing discrepancies, contact our team within 30 days of the charge date.

5. Recurring Memberships & Subscriptions

Some services are offered on a recurring basis and renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date through your account settings or by contacting us.

6. Failed Payments & Billing Issues

If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry once after 48 hours. Continued failure may result in cancellation of your order or service. You remain responsible for any charges incurred, including applicable late fees.

7. Refunds & Returns

We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible physical products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Return shipping fees may apply unless otherwise specified.

8. Price Adjustments & Promotions

Pricing and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. Promotions are only valid during active periods and cannot be retroactively applied. We strive to maintain accurate and current pricing in accordance with Google Merchant Center guidelines.

9. Taxes & Duties

Depending on your delivery country, local VAT, sales taxes, customs, or brokerage fees may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility and will be calculated at checkout or upon delivery.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay resolution and result in account suspension. We reserve the right to challenge invalid chargebacks with supporting documentation.

We ensure full transparency in our billing practices, pricing displays, and subscription terms. All policies follow Google Merchant Center’s requirements for clear cancellation instructions, upfront pricing, and customer rights.

14. Modification & Termination

We may modify or terminate billing terms at our discretion. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or website notification. Continued use indicates your agreement to the latest terms.

15. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which BuyersCave is based. Disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
