This works great. I tried a few cheaper inflators before and found them to either not have enough battery to just top up 4 tires or they don’t work at all in low temperatures. Tire inflator is something that I need to rely on to work when needed.

I finally broke down and got this Milwaukee 18v 2848-20 inflator.
I have tried several different inflators, powered, pneumatic, battery, usb, small, large, etc. By far this is the best I have used. It inflates very fast. at all ranges. I have filled my RV tires (90psi), my motorcycle tires (41psi), my electric bike tires (70psi), and car (36psi). This thing works great on all of them.
Battery charge lasts forever.
I have had Milwaukee M18 & M12 tools for years, and finally decided to bite the bullet and get this one. For the price, this thing rocks. Not cheap, but works like a charm.
It takes any m18 battery, and works fine. Which I love since I have a ton of them.
Finally have an inflator I can rely on. I got the (Tool Only) one, as I have enough batteries and chargers.

I’ve been buying Milwaukee equipment for 3 decades only since I could afford it as a contractor. That is certainly not in my early days they were high quality but way too pricey. As expected it performs without any problems. I customized the hose attachment to my liking from professional auto tools and it is working like a charm.
I have two one in the truck and one with my driving crew.
I suggest buying a case and keeping several batteries on hand. A single 6 amp hour battery (Milwaukee brand only) will be sufficient for four tires 10 to 15 lb low before it needs to be recharged however I have topped off 12 tires between 5 and 10 lb low I’m one full battery. A very efficient machine. It has four memory settings I suggest you use them for convenience as pressing the plus and minus button to an exact air pressure is time consuming.

I own both the DeWalt and this Milwaukee. This is by far a much better product. It inflates twice as fast as the DeWalt. I also like the fact that when it reaches the desired pressure it pauses, lets it stabilize, then airs it up again to the exact final pressure. Highly recommend.

I live in a remote area in Costa Rica. There aren’t a lot of bike shops around, and many time they don’t have a compressor.
I’m an avid bicyclist and needed a small battery-operated compressor that moved enough air to inflate (and seat) tubeless bike tires. I wasn’t sure this could accomplish the task. Though there is an adaptor for presta valves, its plastic and requires you to screw it on. I bought a steel adaptor that screws onto the inflation hoses and quickly slips on the presta valve. This is a faster way to inflate and check bike tire pressure.
Sometimes when inflating bike tires, it will overshoot the pressure. When that happens, it bleeds air out until the proper pressure is achieved. That’s a very nice feature.
From the first time I’ve used this compressor, it’s done the job needed. It moves enough air to seat new tubeless bike tires and can quickly check air pressure. My son-in-law who is an off-road 4 WD guy always wants the steal the thing.
The build quality in good, but I’m not sure of how durable this will be. It’s small enough to stash away and be ready for any use. The small area an the back that keeps different inflation nozzle types is very handy.
I considered the larger compressor, but decided on the smaller option for my use.
Since I’m a Milwaukee fan already, it was an easy decision. I’d recommend this compressor and use it most every day.

Wow…just wow, this thing works GREAT! I helped a neighbor assemble their E-bikes in their garage, and they had this compressor, which I used. I had only pumped up one tire when I realized I was absolutely going to buy one of these. It’s fast, easy and intuitive to use, and 100% portable. I used to drag a long hose around my garage and driveway to pump up tires on a myriad of items….and now I just grab this and it is sooo much quicker and convenient. FYI…..you will still need to keep your regular electrical compressor though to use for things like pneumatic tools etc…

I had another cheaper inflator that is good for emergencies but not efficient enough to make it worth avoiding going to the garage to pump your tyres. This inflator however does the job quick and effortlessly, from my car to my bicycles. The total time to pump is measured in seconds. I do recommend buying a clip on valve clamp as the screw can let some air out and is a bit cumbersome, but if you do that, you will not be sorry for getting this.

WOW i love this thing , should a bought one along time ago , so portable saves a lot of time pumping tires up that i have in my out buildings with out running cords for small carry compressors , its not super fast but fast enough and not real loud , plus its perfect for traveling , it is small and light . Battery lasts longer than expected .
