We live in Florida, where the water quality is on and off again when it’s off your shower water smells like salt and sewer. This product definitely filtered all that gunk out in the water smells good and feel soft.

Finally got to use my Jolie showerhead today, and all I can say is wow! Significantly less shedding from my hair. The water feels fantastic and doesn’t dry out my skin and nails. My ONLY small complaint is the water pressure is slightly hindered. Other than that, 12/10. Great instructions for installation and packaging. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this.

Hi I bought your shower head a number of months ago and I am now trying to replace the filter. I thought this would be an easy process but after many attempts And struggling the product came apart in the wrong place and still can not access the filter. I thought I was getting a premium product for the price I paid and am not pleased. Please send me a new shower head as there is obviously something wrong with this one. Satin Nickel finish

Absolute piece of garbage. They break after the first two filter replacements. Conveniently outside of their outside of industry standard 3 month warranty period. Hmm, I wonder why they did that? Sediment from your water source clogs up the filter and fuses the cap that is supposed to unscrew. When you tell customer service this, they say “here watch a video of how to unscrew it.” Thanks, I played college football. I am incredibly strong, and with all my strength I cannot unscrew the cap to replace the filter. Customer service is incredibly condescending and unhelpful. Total zero of a product and company. Influencers are selling this $165 piece of metal that is probably $15 cost in China. Buy a Sprite Industries shower head if you want a filter. I bought the Jolie for my daughter who saw in on Instagram. I tried explaining to my wise 17-year old that this looks cheap and not to believe advertising. At least it was a good lesson. IF Jolie at least tried to do the right thing I would work with them, but since they are so dismissive, they think it is “user error” I can’t get the shower head off. Oh, and my plumber who was at my house looking at other stuff said “it is obviously a design flaw.” Jolie business model: pump as many units through influencers as possible, rake in tons of cash, then disappear in 3 years. I bought two units, they are both fused shut.

It’s actually shocking to us to realize how terrible our water is, considering we live in Silicon Valley. Our water is so harsh, We’ve gone through three water heater tanks in two years!
Finding this nice water filter has definitely giving me a lot of peace of mind while my family and I shower. Knowing that it’s filtering out a lot of crap that would ordinarily be going all over our bodies, our faces, dripping into our mouth, ruining my hair! Yeah, you get the idea.
Can’t put a price on piece of mind.

La instalación fue muy fácil, lo pude hacer todo yo. Me preocupaba que fuera a necesitar adaptadores o conectores extras pero no fue necesario, la conexión quedo con el tamaño de tubería que ya tenia, supongo es un tamaño estándar/universal.
Viene con una cinta para plomeria para que la conexión quede bien sellada, y con una llave inglesa muy útil para dejarla bien apretada y yo la use tambien para quitar la regadera anterior.
No afecto la presión del agua, pero siempre he tenido buena presión.
El agua se siente bien, llevo pocos días usándola pero si he notado una diferencia en el pelo, esta más suave.

I bought the Jolie filtered shower head about a month ago, and wanted wait a while to review it. I have to say it’s pretty awesome! I got it to improve my hair quality because I have been dealing with thinning flat unattractive hair for a few years now. I didn’t see results the first couple times washing my hair but the more I’ve used it the better it looks and after a month in I’m hooked! After trying different shampoos and hair products with no results I decided to try this shower head. I know the water in my area isn’t very clean so I figured that must be the issue with my hair. I’m happy to say my hair is looking a lot better without any products other than shampoo and conditioner. It is literally as easy to install as the videos and instructions say. The water pressure is great also. From the type of girl who only makes big purchases if it’s worth the value I say this shower head certainly is.

We bought this mostly because my 7 month old daughter has had progressively worse full-body breakouts every time we gave her a bath for the last 4 months. Allergist said it’s likely something in the water cause atopic dermatitis or eczema, as my eczema flared at the exact same time her started and the city said they had to add more chemicals to deal with “biological debris” in the water. We tested the water with a home kit and the hardness was off the charts, as well as a couple other metals and chemicals. We tried baths in distilled water and that stopped the breakouts, but was not really a long term option. Then I got an ad for Jolie and I was skeptical that it could really filter all the hard water and other chemicals out enough to make a huge difference, but let me tell you, one use and we are sold. She just came out of her bath with not a single welt! Her skin felt a lot less dried out as well. The amount of money I’m going to save in Vaseline alone is going to pay for this in like 6 months. I also tried it and the water definitely left my skin feeling less dried out and softer. Obviously we will need more time to see the effects on our hair. My husband is Indian with curly hair and I am white with “Irish curls” and we have both seen a huge decrease in our hair quality since moving to Utah and the water seems to be a huge part of that. I did have a bit of a struggle getting the head on without leaking, but I’m going to try reinstalling it tomorrow. For now I am giving a 5 for doing the most important thing: making the water safe and comfortable for our baby girl!

I absolutely LOVE the Jolie Replacement Filter! I didn’t realize how much of a difference clean water could make until I started using this with my showerhead. My hair feels softer, my skin is noticeably less dry, and even my scalp feels healthier. It’s easy to swap out, and I love that it’s clinically tested—gives me peace of mind that it’s actually doing something good for my body. Highly recommend if you care about your skin and hair health!

The shower head is pretty and all but the holes started to clog up on the first month of using it not to mention I noticed nothing different regarding my hair or skin so i got a little suspicious. I took out the filter and poured water on top of it to see if the water comes out clear, when i tell that water was BROWN it did absolutely nothing I bought it in the first place to filter out the debris and it did absolutely NOTHING. All these 5 star reviews are all placebo effect cuz that thing doesn’t work and to think i paid almost $200 for it 🙁
